Do you accept returns?
Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive a incorrect item, please contact us at info@naisthename.com . We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days you received. Please send us email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
What’s the minimum order amount?
The MOQ requirement is the minimum number of units you need to order from a supplier. It can be set per order, per product, per material, or per color. For example, if a supplier sets their MOQ at 500 pcs, then you must purchase at least 500 pcs before they can accept your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
HTL ships worldwide, to over 200 countries, but unfortunately and for varying reasons, there are a few places we cannot ship orders to.
